Use the Blackmagic WDM capture as your source. use driver set 10.2.2 or 10.2.1 Blackmagic may have newer drivers but this seems to be the driver set that works with both the shuttle card and Wysiwyg. I found I had better connection with the back ports than the front ports of my system. Play around with different ports as well. I also find USB3 capture devices use a lot more resources so I keep it more for a third or fourth source feed at lower resolutions. I have my shuttle card here and I use it, But it works on one system fine and another it wont read at all. most newer computers seem to be ok but if you go back even a year or two or more you may have issues. make sure you have the right USB 3.0 chip-set in your system. This will solve a broken link in the driver-sets that occurred after 10.2 series of drivers. I believe in either R39 or R40 coming at some point this year there should be a fix for the Blackmagic cards and I believe but not 100% sure that the Intensity 4K cards will be covered as well. The DataPath-E1 is a single-input card and the -E2 is dual-input if needed, multiple DataPath cards may be used in one system, and the limit is the number of PCIe slots (again, x4 is the minimum) available on the motherboard to use multiple such cards with WYSIWYG, they must be installed in the computer one by one. The AVerMedia and BlackMagic Design cards/devices are single-input.
